Instrumental steels for coatings
Application
Instrumental steels powders are intended for making cutting and shaping instruments using the hot compaction method, for restoring and reinforcing a die instrument by plasma transfer arc (PTS) hardfacing, creating the working surfaces of a cutting instrument, strengthening cold-rolling rollers by plasma transfer arc hardfacing, and other purposes. The powders are produced by spraying molten metal using gas.

Powder for bead-blasting treatment is AP-FeW6Mo5-b: 40-250, 80-200, 100-315, 140-200, 160-315, 160-400, 315-630
