Nickel composite powders for coatings
Application
Powders with exothermal reaction while flame spraying form on the steel a durable wear-resistant coatings based on the metallide Ni-Al. It can guarantee a stated thermal effect and a good fluidity through the holes sized 1.7—2.5 mm.
Spheres of application: CP-Al5-Ni and CP-Al10-Ni – as substrate material and for restoration of dimensions. Powders based on self-fluxing alloys are used for production of abrasion-resistant coatings combined with anticorrosive properties.
Powders are widely used for restoration and hardening of arbor slots, components of vehicles, seaborne machinery etc.
Method of coating deposition: flame spraying without flowing.
