Nickel-manganese powder for diamond synthesis
Use
Fast-quenched powder of the nickel-manganese alloy AP-MnNi40 in flake form is widely used in producing synthesized diamonds of various sizes.
The powder is used as a catalyst in a reaction mixture with pure graphite.

7 | 400-1250 | 1,65-2,0 |
Key technological advantages of the catalyst:
- high homogeneity of the reaction mixture with dispersive graphite;
- the ability to vary the packed density of the reaction mixture;
- the structure's high homogeneity and grain fineness;
- minimal content of impurities in the alloy;
- good plasticity and shapability ensure a wide field of contact between the catalyst and the graphite;
- the catalyst boosts the level of graphite transmutation and the hardness and sizes of the diamonds.
