Nickel-manganese powder for diamond synthesis

Use

Fast-quenched powder of the nickel-manganese alloy AP-MnNi40 in flake form is widely used in producing synthesized diamonds of various sizes.

The powder is used as a catalyst in a reaction mixture with pure graphite.

2 50-315 2,0-3,0
3 100-400 1,8-2,5
100-400 2,5-3,0
4 315-800 1,4-2,0
5 400-1250 1,0-1,3
6 400-1250 1,4-1,6
7 400-1250 1,65-2,0

Key technological advantages of the catalyst:

  • high homogeneity of the reaction mixture with dispersive graphite;
  • the ability to vary the packed density of the reaction mixture;
  • the structure's high homogeneity and grain fineness;
  • minimal content of impurities in the alloy;
  • good plasticity and shapability ensure a wide field of contact between the catalyst and the graphite;
  • the catalyst boosts the level of graphite transmutation and the hardness and sizes of the diamonds.
