POLEMA JSC strategic goals: satisfaction of customers’ needs and requirements, creation of high quality and competitive products using progressive and environmentally safe processes.

Primary directions and guidelines of activity in the sphere of quality:

  • to take the leading positions in the production of electrolytic chromium, electrolytic refined chromium and chromium products, refractory metal products and metal powders;
  • to uphold reputation of reliable supplier of high quality products on domestic and foreign markets;
  • to develop new products, improve existing and introduce perspective technological processes;
  • to  observe legislative standards and rules, introduce secure working conditions, follow the requirements of environmental safety;
  • to provide stable financial and economic situation of enterprise, improve economic welfare of joint-stock company and every employee.

Achievement of these goals and implementation of major directions are provided by following means:

  • organization of activity of the enterprise in accordance with the requirements of ISO standards 9001:2015 and continuous improvement of Quality Management System;
  • implementation of customers’ requirements, constant needs analysis of direct and potential customers;
  • the leading role of company management in quality issues, introduction of flexible plant management structure of recourses allocation;
  • regular technical re-equipment of production and reconstruction of the enterprise;
  • involvement of all employees into the process of quality support,  allocation of employees responsibility, providing of conditions for professional level enhancement, stimulation for improving of their results.

POLEMA JSC management takes responsibility for implementation of Policy in the sphere of quality and encourages every employee to join efforts in order to solve the problems of constant development and improvement of enterprise.
