POLEMA JSC introduced new products at the exhibition “Metalloobrabotka-2019”
Powder metallurgy plant POLEMA (affiliated to IMH) took part in the anniversary 20th exhibition “Metalloobrabotka” that was held from May 27 to 31 in Moscow.
POLEMA has participated in the exposition “Additive technologies. Industrial 3D printing” for the second year. At the company’s exhibition stand visitors could find metal powders for spraying, weld deposition, serial production powders for 3D and MIM-technologies and products from electrolytic chromium of 99.99% purity.
Recently developed by the Research Laboratory high entropy, Super Duplex and superinvar alloys were also presented. Everybody who wanted to make sure of refractory metals powders sphericity managed to this with the help of a demonstration microscope set at the exhibition stand.
This year POLEMA has become a partner of the organizer of the event program “Additive technologies within industrial production” – MGTU “STANKIN”. The Head of the Research Laboratory Mikhail Panin told in the event program about new developments of the company and the present condition of additive technologies in Russia. He mentioned the staff’s high competence and manufacturing capabilities of the plant, allowing to produce the unique powder compositions that are impossible to get by standards methods. This gives an opportunity to replace the imported powders for 3D-printing, spraying and weld deposition of any type and to combine different powder compositions for manufacturing products with any set properties.
